After completing a prestigious career spanning over 25 years in Italy and Australia, Salvatore Sottile was recruited into multiple organizations as the Director of Football Consultant to further grow football development, in both player and coaching levels, into China and Europe.
Salvatore is the only European Coach to have won all premierships within the Australian Football Leagues. From Community through to National Premier Leagues Salvatore has achieved unprecedented success with the application of his European style talent identification systems and coaching instructor platforms. Salvatore played as a Professional Footballer in Italy for 19 years in the esteemed Italian Professional League and played One Season with the National Italian Professional Team.
Highly regarded within the football arena, both nationally and internationally for both his career and business success. Salvatore is known for his dedication, sportsmanship, and skills as a player, as well as, his capacity as a technical Director to turn around teams and Clubs with strategic guidance. These highly personal and professional qualities remain as a benchmark providing for an outstanding coaching platform, which encompasses his roles as a Technical Director and Mentor. Salvatore has drawn from his professional playing and coaching career, an invaluable amount of knowledge, experienced and vast network of high connections that has culminated with the development of a Specialised Player and Youth Academy Training programs. The programs strengths lay in recognizing the player’s strengths and isolating their developmental areas. The program is both developmental and challenging. Due to this program, talented players are now placed within both A League and international professional leagues.
